September 2021

For those of you who missed our recent webinar featuring Jeffrey Brooks & Jeremy Kovacevich, a recording can be found below. Jeff and Jeremy focused on core themes around tax & estate planning in 2021, and provided an overview of current legislative proposals offering some thoughts as to what might make it across the legislative finish line.  Also discussed were the proposals that are likely to be most impactful to client’s financial plans, including increases to ordinary income & capital gains taxes, and the reduction of lifetime gifting & estate exemptions.

Ultimately, we believe the best plan is one that is based on values and goals, allowing for comfort & peace of mind while seeking tax efficiency.  Please feel free to reach out to your HoyleCohen Advisory team to discuss your personal scenario.
