8/24/2021
In this webinar, Robert Lopez of Hoylecohen had the pleasure of moderating a discussion with Mitch Siegler and Brent Rivard from Pathfinder Partners. They provided an overview of the firm, it’s track record, and investment strategy. Mr. Siegler also provided a State of the Market, which reinforced Pathfinders’ thesis on multifamily real estate and how resilient the asset class has remained. Mr. Rivard then walked us through expectations for fund distributions in 2021. He also reviewed the investment strategy and mechanics for the Pathfinder Income Fund. We concluded our discussion with an insightful Q&A session which allowed clients to get their questions answered directly by the manager.
