to our HoyleCohen family

We are happy to announce that Geoff Barden has joined our San Diego headquarters as a Trader supporting the Investments department. Reporting directly to the Investment Operations Manager, he will be responsible for several portfolio-related tasks, including cash management, rebalancing and trade execution, capital calls, journals and distributions, and proceeds redeployment. He also assists with system design and trading software management to ensure optimal efficiency.

Geoff joins the team with 3 years of institutional trading experience, most recently with Goldman Sacs. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Geoff works fully remote from Goshen, Indiana and enjoys playing the drums, cycling, traveling, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys serving as a volunteer Board Member (Treasurer) of his local church.
