Please join us in welcoming our new Senior Operations Associate, Vanessa Vigoren to the HoyleCohen team. As Senior Operations Associate Vanessa is responsible for ensuring a smooth stream of communications and processes between our Advisory Teams, Fund Managers, Custodians and Client Services Teams. She is fundamental in creating and managing interdepartmental processes related to investment maintenance, document management, information maintenance and our custodial relationships. Vanessa will also be responsible for integrating technology flow into client service processes to leverage our systems and build efficiencies.

Vanessa has 7+ years of project management experience, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from the University of San Diego (USD). She recently moved back to San Diego where she enjoys, skiing, music and mountain biking.

We are thrilled to have her as part of our growing HC team!
