October 2019 – HC New Technical Operations Manager

Please join us in welcoming Ellen Both to our HoyleCohen family. Ellen joins us as our first Technical Operations Manager. In this position, Ellen will play an integral role in the future growth and development of HoyleCohen through improving efficiency and providing additional leverage to our operational and advisory teams. She is tasked with developing, documenting and streamlining various workflows and procedures and facilitating technology integrations among other responsibilities. As the firm evolves with an eye towards organic and future M&A growth so too do our IT and infrastructure needs. We are thrilled to have Ellen on board to assist in this ever changing, ever challenging environment.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, Ellen spent her first six years out of college working with Fisher Investments in the Bay Area. There she was promoted into several Client Service, Project Manager, and Operations roles which have provided her extensive experience in Project Management, Process Development & Management of Operations Teams.

While she grew up in Orange County she has not spent much time in San Diego and is excited to check out the many great things San Diego has to offer, especially taking her two dogs, James & Rebel, hiking and swimming. She and her husband, Henk, are also eager to check out the many local breweries and eateries the city is known for.
