June 29, 2017 – HoyleCohen is proud to announce that our Director of Investments and Portfolio Management, Vanessa Wieliczko, CFA, CAIA, CFP® has been selected for InvestmentNews’ 40 Under 40. Based on accomplishments to date, contributions to the financial advisory industry, leadership and promise, Vanessa was chosen from more than 800 nominations.
Vanessa Wieliczko serves as a role model for the next generation of leaders in our industry. She started at HoyleCohen, LLC, in September 2008, a few months after graduating from college and a few weeks before the stock market crash. HoyleCohen was a traditional asset allocator with little formal process then, managing $400 million in assets (AUM).
Today, HoyleCohen has grown to $1.7 billion in AUM. The firm has become a thought-leader in the private wealth management space in large part due to Vanessa’s efforts. Vanessa helped develop the firm’s CorePlus approach, a unique blend of traditional and alternative assets. She also manages the firm’s investment platform, performs its extensive diligence and leads its Investment Committee.
