Please join us in welcoming our new Human Resources Manager, Stacy Love to the HoyleCohen team. As HR Manager, Stacy will apply her extensive experience to the challenges and opportunities facing our rapidly growing firm; we have recently added our fourth office and our first outside of California, and now serve clients representing $2.4 billion in assets under management. Stacy will oversee all aspects of Human Resources and play an integral role in the growth of our talent and firm. She will be instrumental in creating uniform reporting titles, job descriptions and an organizational structure that is poised to evolve as we do.

Additional specific areas of responsibilities will include:                                       

• Recruiting new talent
• Managing employee benefits
• Developing training protocols & processes
• Liaising with other departments on internal communications
• Performance management and employee growth
• Compliance with state and federal employment laws

Stacy comes to the firm with 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including 11 years at Meketa Investment Group and 10 years as Executive Director of the CFA Society San Diego. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Originally from Las Vegas, Stacy spent more than a decade in San Diego before moving to Bloomington, Indiana where she will serve as our first ever 100% remote employee.
