Hosted by Patient Advocate, Linda Jahnke – Owner & President of Jahnke Consulting

Linda Jahnke has been a long-term care insurance specialist for over 30 years. After graduating from the University of Iowa, she began her career working in a skilled nursing facility which provided care for residents suffering from Alzheimer’s disease. Seeing the need to plan for care expenses, Linda quickly built a career as an insurance broker.

In October 2013 Linda founded Jahnke Consulting and Long-Term Care Alliance. The mission of Jahnke Consulting is to provide premier Long Term Care Insurance options and claims advocacy. Linda and her team manage and oversee all aspects of a claim event as well as manage professional care options. Through this critical service, Jahnke Consulting has filed hundreds of LTCi claims successfully.

Linda has contributed to the San Diego care community through her tenure as a board member with the George G. Glenner Alzheimer’s Family Care Centers and the Area Agency on Aging.

Linda is a board-certified patient advocate and enjoys speaking to professionals and families about the value of early planning for future care needs.
